Loosely inspired by the real life pornstar Brandon Lee (yes, named after Bruce Lee's son) and his claim to fame as the first major gay Asian American pornstar.

The play examines (and attempts to theatricalise) the question posed by academic Tan Hoang Nguyen in his essay on Brandon Lee’s career: “In a milieu dominated by an ideal of white, American, masculine physical perfection, what is it about Lee that has enabled him to enter into the segregated world of mainstream gay pornography?”
